BHETA to run SDA forum with John Lewis

The association will hold one of its popular online forums with the John Lewis Partnership on 23 May, focusing entirely on small domestic electricals.

The event begins at 2pm and JLP’s overall objective is to meet new suppliers, see innovative brands, and update delegates on its future plans for the sector.

The speaker will be Matt Thomas, partner and category lead for small electricals. Matt will talk for around 20-30 minutes about the opportunities of working with John Lewis; What it is looking for from suppliers; market conditions; and future plans. There will then be a Q&A section.

The event is for BHETA members, but non-members who are interested in experiencing a BHETA event and are thinking of joining, are welcome to have a taster session, on the condition they are happy to have a membership chat with housewares sector manager, Seema Grantham.

Seema commented: “The chance to talk directly to John Lewis is obviously a great opportunity and we are expecting an excellent turn-out, so do book early.”
