Awards hat trick for Horwood

Scooping the Excellence in Service Award for the second year running at The Excellence in Housewares Awards follows recognition for Horwood’s new Smidge brand, which has won two different awards this year. Smidge (and eco-friendly brand with solutions to single use plastic) won Most Innovative in the Kitchenware Category’ award in the BuyMeOnce Awards plus the Design Week Consumer Product Design of the Year Award.

Rob Jones, md of Horwood commented on winning another coveted Excellence in Housewares Awards trophy: “Winning the Excellence in Service award for the second year in a row, for us is a confirmation that the hard work we do to provide consistent high level service for our customers is worthwhile and does not go unrecognised. We will always continue to strive for excellence: for our customers, products and legacy of a British business, which has been around since 1896.
