Google and CBI feature on BHETA webinars

BHETA has added the CBI and Google to the programme of speakers in its popular series of webinars.  The first of the two events is on Thursday May 28 with the CBI’s Richard Butler.  This is followed on Tuesday June 2 by Cathal O’Sullivan, agency development manager at Google.

At the CBI event, Richard Butler will present the latest perspective on the current Government initiatives and their future direction, with focus on the Job Retention Scheme (furloughing). As companies plan their return to work he will share ideas from businesses that continued working during COVID 19 and from those who have just returned to work, as well as return to work ‘facilitators’, such as schools, public transport and PPE. In addition, Richard will touch on Brexit, including an update on the current state of play and future considerations. The event begins at 10.30am and following the presentation, attendees will have the opportunity to pose questions.

On June 2 , BHETA runs its second retail-oriented webinar following the huge success of the event with eBay.  Google’s Cathal O’Sullivan will be joined by Cameron Smith, ecommerce director at digital agency, Add People to talk about the impact on COVID-19 on web behaviour around the home and garden sector.
