EIH Awards “a real boost”

The product, supplier, and retailer winners of last week’s Excellence in Housewares Awards (October 6, Royal Lancaster London) are celebrating their success with colleagues and customers, as well as sharing their joy on social media.

At Potters Cookshop, Hockley, director Tom Carter comments on winning Excellence in Training: “To win an award is always a honour and shock. This is for all of the staff at the shop who have worked tirelessly through the most challenging of times; we are so proud of them.”

Among the jubilant product award winners, Richard and Antony Joseph, co-founders of Joseph Joseph state: “Since its much-anticipated launch in Spring 2021, the Multi-Prep has globally been one of our bestselling gadgets and we are delighted that it has been recognised at the EIH Awards this year.”

Winner of The Licensing Award, Sara Dickenson, senior global brand manager, Portmeirion Group enthuses: “Max Publishing put on a brilliant awards evening and the perfect night was topped off with two of Britain’s most desirable heritage design brands, Spode and Morris & Co, being named the winner of the highly competitive licensing category. We were absolutely thrilled!”
