The latest housewares members to join trade association BHETA include the renowned baking brand Birkmann, and TCP, the manufacturing partner for cookshop, lighting and smart technology.
A category leader in the UK, Birkmann is a leading manufacturer of bakeware, including baking trays, cookie cutters and cakemaking and decorating equipment, including ingredients. Aiming at making bread, cake, pastry and biscuit making simple and accessible for the amateur baker, the company inspires its audience with new designs, original shapes and seasonal accessories all year round.
“Birkmann is a significant player in all aspects of baking and bakeware and is hugely committed to R&D,” explained Seema Grantham, BHETA’s sector manager for housewares and small domestic electricals. “I am delighted that the company is joining BHETA and look forward to welcoming the team to BHETA events.”
New BHETA member Technical Consumer Products (TCP) has been established for 40 years and offers a comprehensive range of smart products covering electrical, heating, lighting and security, and recently exhibited at Exclusively to launch its cookshop ranges.
Products from TCP can be found in key retailers such as Wilko, Homebase, Toolstation and JLP. The company distributes through some of the world’s largest retailers with private label and branded solutions.

This is a great example of how members can work within BHETA to open up new markets by combining their innovation with BHETA’s contacts and facilitation.”
