Dualit introduces smart, sustainable travel mug

Dualit has expanded its beverage range to include a Travel Mug, to bolster its at-home barista message of the existing range.

Created with high quality, brushed stainless steel with silicone trims, the travel mug is plastic free, making it sustainable and also eliminating the risk of flavour tainting or lingering odours.

Five layers of advanced vacuum insulated technology keeps 500ml of drinks hot for up to seven hours, or chilled for up to 12. The outer mug will always stay cool to the touch, no matter how hot the liquid inside is.

Following consumer research to discover the issues identified with travel mugs, Dualit has tackled the main problems it found, including: Colour and flavour tainting; Flow speed being too fast – Duality’s precisely engineered baffle acts at the optimum speed to stop liquids from scalding and spilling; Inconvenient size – Dualit’s Travel Mug holds 500ml of liquid and benefits from a narrow design to ensure it fits in most cup holders; Lid leaks – The heavily tested leak-proof lid offers peace of mind when the travel mug is loose in a bag.
