Eddingtons’ Devon Dave to retire

Eddingtons will bid farewell to its popular south west sales manager, Dave Gosling, at the end of the month, as he retires from housewares.

Eddingtons says Dave will be missed for his consummate professionalism, outgoing personality and his willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the best customer service for Eddingtons customers.

Managing director, Richard Walker, commented: “His delightful rhyming answer machine messages and Sunday email communications, often replacing the broadsheets over weekends will remain in Eddingtons folklore. Dave has been in the industry for nearly 25 years, with over 10 years spent at Dexam before joining Eddingtons in 2009.”

Dave is planning to enjoy a well earned retirement, spending more time with his wife, Lyn and wider family, while taking in some of the beautiful North Devon coastline.

The Eddingtons team and his beloved customers wish hi8m all the very best for a long and happy retirement.
