Kyocera introduces PTFE-free cookware

Kyocera will be showcasing its new PTFE and PFOA-free pots and pans at Ambiente next week.

In collaboration with its German distributor, Profino, Kyocera will be exhibiting at Ambiente in Hall 9.0, stand C21, where it will demonstrate that healthy cooking is not just a matter of food selection, but also of preparation. With its new ceramic coated cookware, Kyocera offers a range with no manufacturing-related harmful substances being released during cooking.

The new ceramic coating is easy to clean and allows food to be cooked with little fat until it is crispy. The three-layer base provides optimum heat distribution, speeding up the cooking process and saving energy. Food is heated evenly and stays warm for longer after cooking.

Consisting of three frying pans in different sizes, a grill pan, two saucepans and a stockpot, each item in the range features a glass lid and heat resistant stainless steel handles. The cookware can be used on any stove, including induction, and can be used in the oven, up to 200°c.
