ProCook appoints Brave Bison

Brave Bison has been bought in to build on ProCook’s existing paid advertising activity. The company will optimise outreach and engagement across paid search and paid social.

The appointment comes as the retailer recently opened its 60th store in Watford. The expansion is part of the brand’s mission to strengthen its brand awareness in the UK and become customers’ first choice for kitchenware. To achieve this mission, the brand needed expert support to manage its performance accounts and align its digital growth with its bricks and mortar expansion.

Brave Bison was chosen for its proven in-house capability to manage multi-platform product feeds, run online to offline campaigns and deliver performance across the funnel at ProCook’s required scale.

ProCook was also impressed by the in-depth response to its brief. Informed by industry trends and and audience and competitor analysis, Brave Bison conducted a full audit of the brand’s existing ad accounts to inform its strategy. The resultant roadmap and forecast for delivering demonstrated it can support ProCook in making a splash in the UK market.

Hannah Kimuyu, managing director – performance, Brave Bison, commented: “It’s never been more essential to unearth insights that help build cost-effective and sustainable methods for reach and awareness. Our proposed strategy does just that for ProCook – it will ensure that its high-quality and value led products cut through the clutter for UK consumers.”

Marta Navas, director of ecommerce, ProCook, added: “We are entering an exciting era for ProCook. We have a clear opportunity to reach more customers and grow our business in a way that cements our position not only in the UK market, but also, more generally, in the e-commerce space.

“Early in our discussions with Brave Bison, it was obvious that it was the right partner for ProCook. This was not just due to its ability to drive huge growth, but also the unparalleled energy, excitement and understanding they showed for our brand. Together, we have some very exciting activity in store.”
