Retailers: who are the best suppliers?

Housewares retailers are invited to nominate their top suppliers for the Supplier Awards: Excellence in Service, Excellence in Marketing and Excellence in Innovation. The deadline for nominations is Monday August 5 2019.

For each category, retailers can pick up their top three suppliers.

You can nominate in three different ways:

Excellence in Service

(Criteria: A supplier that has offered the best levels of service – customer, care, after-sales service and logistics – over the past year.)

Excellence in Innovation

(Criteria: A supplier that has achieved excellence in innovation and product development over the past year.)

Excellence in Marketing

(Criteria: A supplier that has demonstrated excellence in marketing over the past year, resulting in increased sales and/or brand awareness. This can be a specific campaign or for on-going strategies over the past year, and can include advertising in all its forms, social media, PR activities, point of sale and in-store and online promotional materials).

“We want retailers to help us to recognise and reward those suppliers who are providing excellent partnerships in a challenging retail climate,” states HousewaresNews’ Jo Howard.

She continues: “Please tell us who is the best at providing outstanding service, creating innovative products over the past year, and providing exemplary marketing campaigns to stimulate sales and customer loyalty.”

The finalists for the Supplier Awards as well as retail and product categories of The Excellence in Housewares Awards will be announced on HousewaresNews.net and featured in Progressive Housewares’ July/August issue.
