What More bucks trend with recruitment

Housewares manufacturer What More UK is looking to take on an extra six members of staff in addition to the 35 it has already recruited since the first lockdown. The company has reported rising demand for its bakeware, and continues to expand its export markets (now reaching 75 countries).

Flying the flag for British manufacturing, director Tony Grimshaw OBE describes the company as “a team of 300 centre forwards” and commented: “We’re situated right in the traditional heartland of British manufacturing. The Lancashire labour force is legendary for its skill, determination, and absolute dedication to the task at hand.”
