What’s next for restaurant tableware?

Valda Goodfellow, managing director of Goodfellow & Goodfellow is one of the experts to speak at Ambiente’s HoReCa Academy in a programme that features current trends, concepts and practical tips.

Valda will look at: “Changing Tastes – What’s next for restaurant tableware?” and “Stay & Eat – new formats for the table setting”. She will examine the factors that are changing the hospitality scene and what this means for the development of tableware and demand for tableware.

Influences range from consumer behaviour to operational challenges, from changing travel patterns to the way people work. Valda will provide tableware manufacturers and producers with insights into how they can act early to address these evolving needs.

The HoReCa Academy will be situated at D40 the HoReCa Hall 6.0. Meanwhile, the Ambiente Academy will be situated in Hall 9.0 E80, featuring more insights and inspiration for the Dining industry. To find out more see ambiente.messefrankfurt.com/events
