Kitchen Range West Wickham’s window gets messy

The new window display at The Kitchen Range in West Wickham is “causing lots of interest,” says Lucy Richards, partner at the cookshop. She explains: “We have created a worktop that looks like a really messy cookery class, with broken eggs, a pasta machine and pasta spilling over from a saucepan.”

The window announces the imminent launch of The Kitchen Range’s Cookery School, situated on the floor above the shop. During lockdowns, the upper floor was converted from a stock room to space for classes and workshops, with an outdoor area growing herbs and vegetables that can be used for fresh ingredients.

The Cookery School starts its daytime classes from June 14.
