Dualit launches new Burr Grinder

Dualit has launched the new Burr Grinder for fresh coffee Afficionados.

The new grinder has a powerful 450rpm motor and stainless steel conical burrs to ensure the delicate aromatic compounds in coffee are preserved.

Adjustable Dose Control allows users to select the number of cups required and the 250g bean hopper holds enough coffee for two to 12 cups. The grinder automatically turns off as soon as it has ground the required amount with no waste.

Users can grind directly into the grind container, or into the 52mm portafilter cradle which comes with the grinder for a strong espresso. Easy to operate with just one button, users simply select their grind type, choose how many cups to make, then grind.

Customisable grind settings are also featured, from fine grounds for an espresso machine, medium grounds for a filter coffee maker, or coarse grounds for a percolator of cafetiere. There are 35 grind settings in total to choose from, covering all preferences.

Removable burrs and a cleaning brush help to dislodge any trapped grinds to reduce the build-up of oils – essential in retaining flavour when changing between different beans. the grind container and bean hopper can also be removed for a deep clean. The grinder also has a built-in automatic ionisations device to prevent static build up and reduce mess.
