BHETA to host webinar with B&Q Marketplace

BHETA is planning a second retailer networking webinar with the B&Q Marketplace initiative to include an update on the latest developments.

Holly Love, Marketplace business development manager at B&Q will host the event on Tuesday 12 March, at 10am.

Holly is recruiting 3P merchants for B&Q and will talk about the marketplace, progress, future opportunities and how to onboard, followed by a Q&A session for 10-15 minutes.

The B&Q Marketplace proposition is that choice is vital for consumers when it comes to home improvement. Through its proposition, B&Q is expanding existing ranges including:

  • Wallpaper
  • Lighting
  • Power tools
  • Outdoor
  • Cleaning and waste
  • Kitchen sink taps
  • SDA

The event is for BHETA members. Non-members who are interested in experiencing a BHETA event and are interested in joining the association, are welcome to register for a taster session on the condition they are happy to have a membership chat.

Marketing director at BHETA, Steve Richardson, commented: “The B&Q marketplace concept remains a much talked about development and I am sure that DIY, garden, housewares, and small electrical brands will want to get involved. It’s great that BHETA is providing an excellent opportunity to do exactly that, so I am expecting an excellent turn-out.”
