E&S Dar joins BHETA

After-sales service company, E&S Dar www.esservicesdar.co.uk has joined BHETA as its latest business service provider.

The company offers domestic electricals suppliers end-to-end support solutions and specialises in B2B partnerships including repairs, returns logistics, job management using bespoke software, diagnostics, and servicing.

The after-sales package is ideal for a wide range of electrical appliances, coffee machines, vacuum cleaners and white goods covered by warranty and insurance.

Seema Grantham, BHETA’s sector manager for housewares commented: “It is especially important for small domestic electricals suppliers to be able to deal with any customer satisfaction issues proactively.

“Clearly this is about protecting the integrity of their brands, but it can also contribute to the achievement of environmental goals and overall business efficiency.  It’s great that BHETA members can now access such a service through the association.”
