Account Manager – South East + South West

Haus are committed to providing best-quality homewares brands and customer service to our network of retail and Horeca partners across the UK. We are UK distributors for De Buyer, Emile Henry, Koziol, Lion Sabatier, Scanpan, Trebonn, Vacu Vin, Vaello and Veritable.

We have a vacancy for an Account Manager servicing the South East and South West of the UK – if you are an enthusiastic individual with a minimum of four years’ experience in housewares sales, have established relationships with independent retailers and catering distributors across the South East and South West and are excellent at communicating, negotiating and organising, please email your CV to marckinsey@inthehaus.co.uk

You will be responsible for –

  • Servicing our existing customers and helping them grow their business through mutual support
  • Identifying and targeting new business within the region
  • Demonstrating our brands’ products, features and benefits
  • Presenting brand messages, new ranges, specials and upcoming brand launches to all customers
  • Communicating Haus’ required level of customer service and assistance
  • Tracking stock levels with customers and identifying opportunities for additional ranging
  • Monitoring visibility and activity of competitors within customer environments
  • Providing team training on all brands for customers

You will have the following qualities –

  • Experience in managing a diverse group of independent retailers and catering distributors
  • Proven experience in developing customer relationships
  • Confident with presentations both internal and external
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-starter and motivated
  • Demonstrable experience in target-driven sales success
  • High attention to detail
  • Adaptable to the varying needs of customers
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management
  • UK resident, full clean driving licence
