Kärcher joins BHETA

Having launched in 1935, Kärcher has a history of innovation with over 1,000 employees in research and development alone. The company launched Europe’s first hot water high pressure cleaner in 1950 and from then on, the company redirected itself towards the cleaning sector.

Through both acquisition and product innovation, the range has now grown exponentially and features products including scrubber driers, vacuums, robotics and garden products, as well as the first window vac. All products are supported with investments in tech, sustainability and management systems.

Kärcher has over 13,000 employees in 120 companies and 70 countries. Over 50,000 service outlets supply customers all over the world.

Keeley Vernon, BHETA’s sector manager for DIY and garden, commented: “Kärcher is the leading name in cleaning technology for the DIY, garden and professional markets worldwide. This is great news for BHETA.”
