Miele unveils oven with AirFry function

The new H2766-1 BP Oven takes the popularity of air fryers and includes it into a conventional oven.

With consumers keen to cook healthier meals at home, the new AirFry function results in crispier results compared to using the regular fan oven setting, all while freeing up countertop space by removing the need for a countertop air fryer.

The AirFry mode combines Fan Plus and Top Heat with the relevant temperature for hot air frying, ideal for crispy chicken, fish, potatoes, vegetables and more.

The perforated Gourmet Baking and AirFry Tray can also be used for baking crispy bread and pizza, while pastries will produce a fluffy crumb and evenly browned surface. It’s also ideal for the gentle drying out of fruit for cakes or vegetables for soups, casseroles, sauces and stews.

The oven also comes with a baking sheet, universal tray, baking and roasting rack and FlexiClip telescopic runners with the added option of a grilling and roasting insert for the complete set-up.
