Team PH finishes Mad March Million challenge

The Progressive Housewares team has completed its Mad March Million challenge, wherein the team has to achieve a total of more than one million steps during the month of March. The task was undertaken on behalf of the Rainy Day Trust – the housewares industry’s only charity, which raisesvital funds to support those who find themselves in hardship.

Rob Willis, publisher of Progressive Housewares said: “We did it! 1,355,973 steps in one month! The team benefitted greatly from Sam’s marathon training, Katie’s dog walking – but for John and I it was a bit more of an effort to get the steps in each day.

Unfortunatly we’ve had a pretty poor turnout in terms of donations, save for a generous lump from the ever-generous Simon Showman and Jenny Stewart at Ultimate Products – thank you guys!”

However, housewares firms can still donate, no matter how small – team PH would be very grateful but more importantly, every penny, even a small £20, helps the Rainy Day Trust to keep helping people in need.
