Tower launches new Air Fryer with built-in steamer

The new model delivers all of the usual air fryer benefits and more. The seven litre air fryer features an innovative combi mode, which alternates between air frying and steaming to offer improved results.

Tests show that cooking a whole chicken in combi mode gives the same results as built-in combi-steam ovens, but in half the cooking time. The introduction of steam ensures that food does not dry out.

Tower’s 7-in-1 air fryer can also be used as a steamer. Complete with a built-in 1.4 litre water tank, consumers can produce perfectly steamed vegetables or fish at the touch of a button. There is also a steam clean mode cleans the air fryer with no scrubbing or stubborn food stains.

Rob Sutton, managing director, commented: “Air fryers are giving customers a new way of cooking their meals quicker and healthier. We are always looking for ways we can add more functionality to our products. We are proud to launch the new seven litre, 7-in-1 Vortx Air Fryer with build-in food steamer as it gives the consumer something new that no other air fryer currently offers.”
