The search is on for the UK’s leading housewares suppliers in the Excellence in Housewares Awards 2021. All UK housewares retailers are invited to nominate their top suppliers for the 20201 Supplier Awards: Excellence in Service, Excellence in Marketing and Excellence in Product Development. The deadline for nominations is September 3.
For each category, retailers can pick up their top three suppliers.

Excellence in Service
Criteria: A supplier that has excelled itself in providing a great service to the housewares retail sector over the past year: customer, care, after-sales service and logistics.
Excellence in Product Development
Criteria: A supplier that has achieved excellence in innovation and product development over the past year.
Excellence in Marketing
Criteria: A supplier that has demonstrated excellence in marketing over the past year, resulting in increased sales and/or brand awareness. This can be a specific campaign or for on-going strategies over the past year, and can include advertising in all its forms, social media, PR activities, point of sale and in-store and online promotional materials.
“We want retailers to help us to recognise and reward those suppliers who has been doing their utmost to provide excellent partnerships over a year beset with unprecedented challenges,” says Progressive Housewares editor Jo Howard.
“So please tell us who has been the best at providing outstanding service, creating innovative products, and providing exemplary marketing campaigns to help in-store and/or online sales and to foster consumer loyalty.”
